With more than 30 years' experience as an Auslan-English interpreter, Julie provides professional interpreting services across a wide range of settings throughout Queensland and beyond.
Certification
Julie is a NAATI Certified Auslan-English Interpreter (Professional Level), Certification No. 23669.
Over three decades, she has worked alongside Deaf, hard of hearing and Deafblind people of all ages, supporting access to communication, information and participation in everyday life.

Specialist Experience
In addition to interpreting for Deaf and hard of hearing individuals, Julie has significant experience supporting people who are Deafblind and those with additional disabilities.
Her background as a Teacher of the Deaf and specialist educator provides a strong understanding of communication, language development and individual access needs.
Professional Engagements
Julie regularly accepts assignments through established interpreting providers, including Deaf Connect, Auslan Services, Expressions Australia, Sweeney Interpreting, Strathmore Wood and Auslan Stage Left.
She is also available for direct engagement by organisations, businesses and NDIS participants.
