Lao Sign Language resources and Auslan visual supports for the mission.
This section brings together resources for learning and documenting Lao Sign Language alongside examples of visual language resources used with Deaf children in Australia. Auslan materials are included as resource examples and visual supports, while the Laos project remains grounded in the language and communication practices of the Deaf community in Laos.

Visual language resources for Luang Prabang
Auslan Visual Vocabulary Posters
Three complete sets of Auslan visual vocabulary posters have been donated by Strathmore Wood for the Deaf students in Luang Prabang. Each poster combines written vocabulary, clear visual sign models and QR-linked video demonstrations, providing an excellent example of accessible, visually based learning resources.
While the signs shown are Auslan rather than Lao Sign Language, the posters also provide a practical model for resources that could eventually be created locally using LSL.
